Why use Jim's?

1. Reliability. The most frustrating thing about tradesmen is when they fail to phone or turn up on time. Our call centres give work only to people who want to offer that service in that suburb in that day. As a result, clients are only rarely let down. A recent customer survey found that almost 80% of client leads resulted in work being done.
   
   
2. Security. Each Franchisee is carefully screened, with background checks, and has invested a considerable amount of money in their business. You can invite us into your yard or home with confidence.
   
   
3. Training. Franchisees are trained and assessed before they start, and given regular ongoing training. So they know what they're doing.
   
   
4. Backup. In the rare case where something goes wrong, the Franchisee is responsible for fixing it. Failing this, his Franchisor is responsible. Failing this, the National organisation will act. Not forgetting that this may be months after the job was finished and paid for. Our reputation is very important to us.
   
   
5. Insurance. All our Franchisees carry insurance, with up to $10 million public liability cover.
   
   
6. Price. With all of the above benefits we won't always be the cheapest. But we're often not the dearest either. Jim's Franchisees are independent business owners with low overheads, usually working close to home. We'll do a good job at a fair price, and we're not finished until you, the client, are satisfied.
