Each new Franchisee is asked to attend a three-day business training course, which can normally be done before they sign. We want our people to know as much as possible before making a final decision. We also find that our most successful operators are usually those with the best business skills, so we try to focus on this. In addition, please see your Divisional web site for details on Division-specific training. Ongoing support is through regular meetings and a one-to-one mentoring relationship with the local Franchisor. Franchisors are usually successful Franchisees with an in depth knowledge of the business. They are expected to provide prompt and helpful answers to any questions, and to call each Franchisee where possible at least once a month. We phone survey our Franchisees yearly, to check on their satisfaction and that support is as it should be.
