Regional Franchisor Opportunities

New Jim's Divisions
Jim's Group no longer launches new Divisions, and has not done so for many years. Successful business owners with an interest in Franchising are invited to approach us. If the business is suitable, meaning a service business that does not overlap our current Divisions, with good growth potential and a competent owner/manager, we may consider this as a potential new Jim's Division. Applicants will be invited to attend our Franchisor training course, at a cost of $10,000 plus GST. There is no commitment on either side, and attendees may use what they learn to launch their own independent franchise (We can provide Contracts, Disclosures and other help for an added cost of $20,000 plus GST).

Successful graduates may be invited to form a joint venture with Jim's Group, taking a local Regional Franchise and acting as Divisional Franchisor to help run the Division Australia-wide and potentially overseas. There is an added cost of $20,000 plus GST at this stage, and a further charge if taking on Divisional rights, which depends on performance.

Launching a new Division is a hugely challenging role, and our selection process is the most rigorous for any role within Jim's Group. Obviously, it also has the potential for the greatest rewards. Recent successful launches include Pool Care and Test & Tag.
