All Franchisors are required to do a four day training course at the Melbourne office which covers topics such as:

• Franchise sales and selection
• Resolution of disputes
• Insurance
• Computer skills
• Development of a business plan
• Managing cash flow
• Communication
• Marketing

A session explaining the company’s core values is presented by Jim Penman, focusing on customer service and respect for Franchisees.

Franchisors are encouraged to attend the Franchisee training course which covers such areas as customer service issues, administrative and business skills, corporate partners and their services plus practical training.
