Franchisors go through a one week induction course which covers topics such as:

• Marketing
• Selling Franchises
• Franchisee Support
• Customer Service systems
• Avoiding and resolving disputes
• Use of the Computer system
• Contracts and Disclosures

A unique feature of Jim's Group is that prospective Franchisors must attend and pass this training before being accepted.

Each Division also has its own technical training course.
