Terms of Entry:
Eligible contestants must complete the online entry form and check the relevant box to indicate acceptance of terms and conditions on the Jim's Group website at www.jims.net. An eligible entrant must either be a current customer of a Jim's Group service, or solicit a quote from a Jim's Group Franchisee within the stated promotional period. The name of the Jim's Franchisee supplying the service or the quote to the entrant must be entered into the entry form and forms part of the conditions of entry.
The Jims 25th Anniversary Promotion is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates & agencies associated with the promotion (& their immediate families) are ineligible. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Prize Winner Notification:
All winning contestants of the major prize draws will be notified via telephone and email within 2 days.
Major prize winners will also receive written confirmation via post within two weeks of the prize draw.
All other prize winners (weekly and runners-up) will be informed via telephone and email in 7 days
Result Publication:
The results of the three major prize draws will be published in the Women's Day issue 28 July 2008 and the Trading Post online (www.tradingpost.com.au) on 30 June 2008
Second Chance Draw:
Unclaimed prizes will be kept for three and a half months after the initial draw date.
A second chance draw to dispose of unclaimed prizes will be conducted at AEST 11AM on 1 October 2008 at 48 Edinburgh Rd,Mooroolbark, VIC, 3138. This will be conducted at the Jims Group premises unless otherwise advised by the relevant gaming commission. Winners of the unclaimed prizes draw will be announced in the Women's Day issue 3 November 2008 and Trading Post online 6 October2008.
Additional Purpose of information:
Information generated from the promotion will be transferred to the Jim's Group database for future promotions and marketing purposes as conducted by the Jim's Group, its subsiduaries and partners.
Prize Delivery:
All winners will receive their prizes within 28 days of the draw or instant win.
