ONGOING SUPPORT

Just as the Franchisor acts as a business coach to their Franchisees, so the Divisional Franchisor supports and coaches the Franchisor – and on much the same terms. A Franchisor, just like a Franchisee, should have a business which is not only successful but constantly improving.

Additional support is provided by National office, especially for areas which are not specific to the Division. These include IT, Contracts, Disputes, Accounts, and so forth.

Franchisors are expected to earn 75 points per year for ongoing training, roughly the equivalent of three full days. Training options include:

    • National Conference
    • Divisional Conferences
    • One day mini-conferences
    • Re-attending induction training
    • Seminars, both site-based and on-line
